eCYBERMISSION is a STEM learning competition for 6th-9th graders sponsored by the U.S. Army Educational Outreach Program and administered by the National Science Teachers Association. The mission of the program is to promote STEM learning at an early age to inspire 21st century STEM careers. They are looking for volunteers with a STEM or education background to help with the program. There are three different virtual volunteer roles to choose from, so you can decide how you can best help the program:
1. Ambassadors promote eCYBERMISSION in their communities and beyond to get more students, teachers, and volunteers involved in the program.
2. CyberGuides help the students with their STEM learning by answering their questions and helping them with their projects online.
3. Virtual Judges score the kids' eCYBERMISSION projects in March to help the students STEM learning and determine the winners of the competition.
